| Thank you for all your help in getting us caught up on our mortgage. The lender wanted us to make 5 payments to get caught up on our mortgage. Given our financial situation with my wife losing her job, this was not a solution we could agree to. After contacting Home Relief, and discussing our financial matters with them, they were able to place the late payments towards the back end of the loan and increase our amortization from a 30 to a 40 year resulting in a dramatic reduction to our monthly payment.
